This EP is worth it alone for the title song on the Quincy Punx side, "Dumpster Diving at the Abortion Clinic." Basically, the lyrical content deals with searching through dumpsters outside of an abortion clinic for the sake of finding a free meal. Absolutely hilarious if one could stomach their sick sense of humor. Musically, the Punx play this simple -- it's fast and furious three-chord punk that could upset any parent -- has it been mentioned that they cover a breakneck version of Screeching Weasel's "Ashtray"? As for the Blank 77 side, they're still keeping up with their drunken selves, first with a song about rioting for the pure enjoyment of it, and then an anti-Jehovah's Witness theme. Both remain in that Oi!/punk vein that provides the mental image of a bunch of troublemakers pogoing in a living room. Just stupid, brainless fun that everybody needs every once in a while. ~ Mike DaRonco, Rovi
