TEAM DESCRIPTION:This Russian-based corporation has long set its goals on producing the absolute fastest craft possible. Due to Quirex's lack of funding and resources however, the team has yet to attain that goal, dragging with them a stable of awkward craft. Featuring a dual-pronged design, its craft are always heavy and fast with a hunger for energy. It is this energy consumption that keeps the crafts' shields flowing strongly but also results in slow acceleration and horrid control. Reaching nearly the fastest speeds of all the "sleds," piloting the Quirex vehicle takes skill, luck -- and a little bit of insanity!
