Quistis Trepe
Character Bio
After spending her early years in an orphanage, Quistis Trepe was taken in at Balamb Garden at the age of 10 where she became a SeeD mercenary five years later. By 18 she was the youngest instructor for SeeD candidates at the Garden, teaching such potential-laden students as Seifer Almasy and Squall Leonhart. (Being a beautiful instructor younger than some of her students, Quistis even had her own fan club of sorts known as "Trepies.") However, Quistis proved to be a rather weak instructor, often allowing her feelings to get the best of her -- especially those she hid for Squall. At times Quistis would attempt to open up to Squall as she tried to crack his cold, uncaring surface. She would never be successful, though, and often only managed to get her own feelings hurt.In the course of battle, Quistis was often the one put in the leadership position. However, in the midst of the quest against Edea it became apparent that Squall was the natural leader of the bunch. Still, Quistis' whip attacks were enough to put the hurt on any monster, and her ability to learn Blue Magic from rare items made her even more powerful. She would play an integral role in saving the world from the evil she and her comrades were up against.
