Ürümqi County (Uyghur: ئۈرۈمچى ناھىيىسى, Ürümchi Nahiyisi, Ürümqi Nah̡iyisi) is a county within the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and is under the administrative jurisdiction of the Ürümqi City. It contains an area of 4,601 km². According to the 2002 census, it has a population of 80,000.
