Rachel Chagall (born November 24, 1952) is an American Golden Globe-nominated actress.
Chagall was born Rachel Levin. She chose to be billed as Rachel Chagall because there was already another Rachel Levin in the industry. Marc Chagall, her patterned namesake, is Jewish, as is Levin. Chagall is perhaps best known for her role as the dimwitted sidekick, Val Toriello, on the hit series The Nanny, which starred Fran Drescher, during the 90s.
Chagall also has guest starred in the shows Just Shoot Me! and Strong Medicine. Under her birth name, Chagall appeared in Gaby: A True Story (1987) in the title role as Gabriela Brimmer and White Palace (1990) in the role of Rachel. Chagall also appeared in The Last Supper (1995).
