Rachelle Lynn Consiglio-Wilkos (born January 11, 1971; White Lake, MI) is an American television producer.

Consiglio-Wilkos is a former senior producer on The Jerry Springer Show and, now executive producer of the The Steve Wilkos Show (hosted by her husband, former Springer security guard turned talk show host Steve Wilkos).

When longtime Springer executive producer Richard Dominick left the Jerry Springer show at the start of the 2008 season, [1] Consiglio-Wilkos was named the executive producer of Springer.

Personal life

Consiglio-Wilkos graduated from Lakeland High School in White Lake, MI near Detroit in 1989. [2]

According to her bio on NBC Universal's website, she attended Wayne State University with a major in journalism radio/TV. Her TV career started with a local morning show called Company in 1994 as an intern, but moved up to associate producer. Shortly after her promotion, she left the program to join Springer where she helped the program become one of the highest-rated talk shows in the country. [3]

Since being promoted to Executive Producer, Consiglio-Wilkos hasn't made the amount of on-camera exposure once enjoyed by Dominick. However, she did make a mark as a reality TV star on the Springer-produced The Springer Hustle on VH1 in 2007. All eight episodes of the British version of this show can be seen on YouTube. [4]

She and her husband have two children, a daughter, 6 and a son, 4 [5] and resided in Park Ridge, Illinois until 2009 before production of Springer and Wilkos moved to Stamford, Connecticut. Steve has told audience members before tapings that he and his family now reside in Connecticut. [6][7]
