Radio Flyer makes those wittle wed wagons adults adore and kids covet. An icon of childhood play, the #18 Classic Red Wagon has rolled out of the plant for more than 70 years -- an American toy industry record and the reason Radio Flyer owns a sizable stake in the US toy market. The company makes plastic wagons and models with oversized, terrain-friendly tires and wooden rails, as well as bikes and trikes for little tikes and scooters and pedal-powered cars. Radio Flyer sells its items in retail outlets in the US and Canada and online through the likes of Amazon.com. Italian immigrant Antonio Pasin chose the name "Radio Flyer" in 1933 because it sounded futuristic. His grandchildren own and operate the firm.
