Randal "Thrill" Hill (born September 21, 1969 in Miami, Florida) is a former professional American football player in the NFL who was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the first round (23rd overall) of the 1991 NFL Draft, then later traded to the Cardinals. A 5'10", 177 lb (80 kg). wide receiver from the University of Miami, Hill played in 7 NFL seasons from 1991 to 1997. 1991-94 with the Cardinals; 1995-96 with the Dolphins; and 1997 with the Saints. After his football career ended, Hill became a U.S. Homeland Security Agent.
