A rasta roko (Hindi for block the road) is a mode of protest in India wherein people do not allow traffic to pass through on a road. Rasta rokos are common in India when citizens get enraged or sometimes are organized by politicians.
Rasta roka is to block road and can be impromptu protest, people just block the road in order to meet their demands.
