Game Description
Ratchet and Clank return for a new intergalactic adventure, one laced with role-playing game elements, in this follow-up to 2002's hit platform game starring the cat-like Ratchet and his robotic companion, Clank. Players can now watch as Ratchet becomes stronger as he gains experience points and acquires upgradeable weapons and five levels of armor. Players will also earn cash by competing in hovercraft races, fighting in gladiatorial arenas, and engaging in space combat. A total of 20 weapons and gadgets are available to blast enemies, including the lava gun that spews magma on unsuspecting foes. The action takes place on 20 all-new planets with areas nearly one-and-a-half times larger than those found in the first game.~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide
