Rav Yemar ^[1](or Rav Yeimar ^[2]or Rav Jemar ^[2]; Hebrew: רב יימר‎, read as Rav Yeimar) was a Jewish Amora sage of Babylon, of the sixth and seventh generation of the Amora era. He headed the academy of Sura city of Babylonia, in Matha-Mehasia.
