Review

What the hell can you say about Rudy Ray Moore? He's raw, rude and crude. He can also be very funny. Moore's sexual humor has delighted audiences in nightclubs and theaters for decades but he's never lost his street cred. There's always some hip blues or jazz in the background, and on occasion, like "Zodiac for Men," he takes the ancient philosophy into his garage and tweaks it to fit his blue/black aesthetic. You either dig this stuff or you hate it. He can't help himself; he's got one big bad shtick and it has worked since the 1970s. ~ Thom Jurek, All Music Guide
