Raymond Phélypeaux, seigneur d'Herbault et de La Vrillière (died 2 May 1629) was a French politician.
He was treasurer of the Épargne in 1599, ministre d'État (5 November 1621), Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs from 11 March 1626 to 2 May 1629.
He was the father of Louis Phélypeaux (1598-1681).
