Ready, Willing, and Able

Capable of an action and disposed to act. If a real estate broker finds a ready, willing, and able person who agrees to buy under the terms of the listing, the broker has earned a commission because he fulfilled the requirements of the listing.

Example: A home is listed with a Broker who finds a ready, willing, and able person who agrees to buy under the terms of the Listing. The seller refuses to sell. The broker has earned a Commission because she fulfilled the requirements of the listing.

Well prepared and eager to do something, as in Any time you want me to bab-ysit, I'm ready, willing, and able.
