Plot

This installment of the Reebok fitness series incorporates ballet, yoga, and calisthenics into a routine to get into shape. Instructor Petra Kolber helps tone and stretch the body. The warm-up is breathing and stretching. Doing controlled pushups and working the oblique muscles tightens the upper body. The routines focus on breathing and posture.
