Plot
In this installment of the Reebok fitness series, instructor Gin Miller leads the viewer through a variety of step aerobic routines. Miller has the viewer follow her through easy marches, kicks, and lunges. Toning moves include pushups off of the step and arm movements that are incorporated into the routines. Instruction is given on using the step safely and adjusting the intensity of the routines for each participant's level of fitness. An aerobic step is required equipment. ~ Linda J. Shriver, RoviCast
