The Regional Railroad of the Year is an annual award given to exemplary North American regional railroads by rail transport industry publication Railway Age. The award recognizes the railroads' commitments to customer service and innovation in the industry.
The railroads that have received this honor are:

- 1996 – Bangor and Aroostook Railroad

- 2001 – Wisconsin and Southern Railroad

- 2005 – Red River Valley and Western Railroad
