Reid Lamberty (born May 16, 1973) is an anchor at WNYW (Fox 5), in New York. He anchors "Good Day Wake Up" with Heather Nauert. Previously he was a weekend anchor for WNYW-TV.
Reid started at a cable station in Trenton, WXZN-TV. Then to WKEF-TV in Dayton, Ohio. Before coming to WNYW, Reid was a weekend anchor and Long Island reporter for WCBS-TV (CBS 2), the flagship station of CBS Television Network. He joined WCBS-TV in 2003 as the Long Island reporter and in 2004, began co-anchoring CBS 2 News Saturday and Sunday morning. Then in 2006, he became co-anchor of the weekend editions of CBS 2 News at 6 and 11. Before joining CBS 2, he worked at WFXT-TV in Boston, MA where he was an anchor and reporter for three years.
Lamberty grew up in Hightstown, New Jersey where he graduated from the Peddie School. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in journalism. Lamberty currently lives on Long Island. Lamberty recently married for the second time. He has a son from his first marriage.
