Manufactured by Bayer

A proprietary combination of the antacids calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, used for the relief of indigestion, heartburn, flatulence, and stomach upset (see acid-peptic diseases). It is freely available over the counter in the form of chewable tablets.
