Biography

Renzo Avanzo spent most of career as a public relations man at the Technicolor Roman film lab. Avanzo was a renowned host to visiting luminaries. In 1948, he played Massimo in Paisan, a film by his cousin Roberto Rossellini. He later turned to scriptwriting.
