Sports Science and Medicine: repetitive method

A method of learning a skill in which the subject learns a part, then combines it with a new part and practises them together until learned. These two are then combined with a third part and practised together until mastered. The procedure is followed for each remaining part until all are practised as a whole. It is a variant of the progressive part method.
