Reuilly AC

[reuh-YEE] Located southwest of the sancerre ac and pouilly-fumé ac this tiny appellation surrounds the village of Reuilly near the quincy ac in the central loire region. Reuilly produces white wines from the sauvignon blanc grape that are similar in style to those from these three neighboring appellations-generally crisp and tart with a somewhat grassy characteristic. It also produces light red wines from pinot noir and rosé wines from Pinot Noir and pinot gris.
