Rhona Cameron (born September 27, 1965 in Musselburgh, East Lothian) is a Scottish comedian. She rose to fame via the stand-up comedy circuit, and became a regular on British TV in the 1990s. She was also a participant in the first series of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!, during which she "outed" ex-girlfriend Sue Perkins as a lesbian. She was also responsible for one of the highlights of the show, when the tensions in the camp became unbearable for her, she ranted:

Sometimes I’m patronising. Sometimes I’m sarcastic. Sometimes he’s (Nigel Benn) hot-headed. Sometimes Nell says nothing. Sometimes Uri dramatises little things like farts like he’s an alien who’s never seen one before. Sometimes Tony misses things because he’s slightly slower. Sometimes Tara is like a child who’s never been able to make a cup of tea. Sometimes, sometimes we are all like that, OK? That’s life, that’s personalities.

She presented the ITV game show Russian Roulette and the BBC 2 show Gaytime TV. She also co-wrote and starred in a BBC2 sitcom, Rhona, which ran for one six-episode series in 2000.

She is the author of Nineteen Seventy-Nine: A Big Year in a Small Town, a book about growing up as a lesbian in a small fishing port. Her debut novel The Naked Drinking Club was published by Ebury Press in 2007.

Cameron is also a Patron of LGBT Youth Scotland - Scotland's national agency for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth.
