The Vidarbha Premier League (VPL) is a professional league for Twenty20 cricket competition in Vidarbha region of India. It was initiated by the Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA), headquartered in Nagpur,[1] The theme of VPL 2012 is to promote cricket in vidarbha region at district, taluka and village level. As a result is easy to identified a new cricket talent in this specific region.
