Ricardo Tejedo is a Latin American voice actor and dubbing director.[1] He is the voice of various characters in various anime such as Lupin III from the Lupin III series, Doraemon, Mitsurugi Hanagata from Saber Marionette J, Captain Jean-Luc Picard from Star Trek: The Next Generation and a lot of other characters as well as Disney movies.
