A rice noodle roll (also translated as steamed rice roll) is a Cantonese dish from southern China and Hong Kong,

Shahe fen (rice noodles), filled with shrimp,
pork, vegetables, or other ingredients. Sweet soy sauce is poured over the dish upon serving.
