Sir Richard Broadbent, KCB is a British businessman and retired Civil Servant.
He was the last Chairman of Her Majesty's Customs and Excise before it was merged with the Inland Revenue to create Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs in 2005.
He is the Chairman of Arriva plc and the Senior Independent Director of Barclays plc. He was knighted at the Birthday Honours in 2003.
