Career
2003-04: Like compatriot Emmanuel Baba, he moved from Cherno More Varna to top Bulgarian side Levski Sofia in the summer. He found it difficult to get a starting XI shirt and only played a handful of games during the season. Age is on his side and next year should see him play more.
2005-06: Had a superb season as he helped Levski reach the quarter-finals of the UEFA Cup. He shone brightly in the competition against top sides like Udinese Calcio, PFC CSKA Moscow and Olympique Marseille. Also won the Bulgarian League title with Levski.
2006-07: Became part of history as Levski Sofia went past Italian side Chievo in a third round qualifier to advance into the UEFA Champions League group stage. Levski is the first Bulgarian club to achieve this feat.
