Richard F. Larsen (born 1936) is a North Dakota Republican Party politician who served as the 30th Lieutenant Governor of North Dakota under William L. Guy. Larsen also served in the North Dakota House from 1965 to 1966 and the North Dakota Senate from 1967 to 1968.[1]
