Richard Howard Hilton (born August 17 1955) is an American heir of the Hilton Hotel chain, a real estate broker and developer specializing in exclusive, high-end property, Chairman of Hilton & Hyland Real Estate, and father of Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton, Barron Hilton, and Conrad Hilton.

Biography

Rick Hilton was born in Los Angeles, California, the sixth of eight children of Barron Hilton (who was born to Hilton Hotel founder Conrad Hilton) and Marilyn June Hawley. In 1978, Rick graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in hotel and restaurant management. His brothers and sisters are William Barron Hilton, Jr. (born 1948); Hawley Anne Hilton (born 1949); Stephen Michael Hilton (born 1950); David Alan Hilton (born 1952); Sharon Constance Hilton (born 1953); Daniel Kevin Hilton (born 1962); and Ronald Jeffrey Hilton (born 1963).^[1] The fortune of their father, Barron Hilton, is currently valued at $2.3 billion. ^[2]

Rick Hilton is currently chairman of Hilton and Hyland Real Estate, a successful Beverly Hills real estate firm that he founded with partner Jeff Hyland.^[3] Rick Hilton's net worth is estimated to be valued at around $800 million.^[4]

Family

Rick Hilton married the former Kathy Richards on 24 November 1979. They have four children:

• Nicholai Olivia "Nicky" Hilton (born on 5 October 1983 (1983--) (age 24) in New York City, New York)

In 2005, Rick, Kathy, and their two sons moved into a 1930s Bel-Air mansion purchased for $10 million. The family also maintains a $6.3 million home in The Hamptons on Long Island, New York.
