Richard Simmons' Move, Groove and Lose Plan incorporates daily motivational tips, on-line chats on his website (richardsimmons.com), aerobic exercise videos and an eating plan called the Food Mover plan. Food Mover is modeled on the American Diabetes Association exchange system, basing individual calorie needs on sex, starting weight and goal weight.
