Richard Douglas "Rick" Hurst (born January 1, 1946) an American actor who portrayed Deputy Cletus Hogg, Boss Hogg's cousin, in the 1980 to 1983 seasons of The Dukes of Hazzard.[1]
Hurst has also appeared in many movies, including The Karate Kid, Part III (1989) as the Announcer. He is the father of fellow actor Ryan Hurst.[1]
