Riparian Owner

One who owns land bounding upon a lake, river, or other body of water. See also littoral.
Example: The owner of lot A in Figure is a riparian owner, whose ownership rights include access to the river and use of its waters, or riparian rights. The owner of lot B has no riparian rights.
