River Oaks Baptist School is a private primary and secondary school located in the affluent River Oaks neighborhood of Houston, Texas. The school serves students in Discovery (2-year-olds) through the 8th grade. The official school mascot is the Raider.
The school's headmaster is Dr. Nancy Hightower.
School uniforms
River Oaks Baptist School requires school uniforms for all students; uniforms differ depending on the gender and grade level. In addition, uniforms differ during chapel days. The more formal uniforms are on chapel days. For the eighth grade, khaki skirts are required. For 5-7th grades, plaid skirts are required. For lower school, plaid jumpers are worn.[1].
