Road Hogs is the second role-playing game supplement to the After The Bomb setting of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Other Strangeness game. It was published by Palladium Books in 1986 and uses the Palladium Megaversal system.

Setting

The storyline of After The Bomb introduced a post-nuclear warfare gaming setting, centered around the eastern United States, where most of the area is populated by mutated animals and they form the predominant societies, as opposed to the setting of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Other Strangeness where mutants live on the fringes of human society. Road Hogs expands that setting to include the western United States which is largely controlled by vicious gangs of mutants in heavily modified vehicles, scavenging for their existence. It is reminiscent of the setting of the movie Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior.

The book includes many new rules for the operation of vehicles, and acquisition of resources in its bleak setting, as well as various adventure scenarios.

They includes road maps of Southern and Central California and where the of various factions & gangs that occupy on the west coast are located. Most of civilized mutants & humans were located what was known as Sacramento, California.

Note

A short story was written into the book to give feel of environment the supplement provided. The story include tale of ancient slightly senile turtle martial-arts master wielding sais, referring to "Mikey". From this hinting was suggesting that this turtle was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Also the book is noted for its original artwork not been reproduced in other books.
