Rob Alflen (born May 7, 1968 in Utrecht) is a Dutch former footballer.

Alflen played for FC Utrecht, Ajax Amsterdam, Vitesse Arnhem, Sparta Rotterdam and Cambuur Leeuwarden in the Eredivisie.[1] Since februari 2009 he was head-coach of Young FC Utrecht. When, in October 2011, Erwin Koeman quit as head coach of FC Utrecht, Alflen was assigned as assistant coach of Jan Wouters for the first team of FC Utrecht.
