Robert's American Gourmet Food is a snack food company located in the United States. Founded by businessman Robert Ehrlich, the company is best known for its snack food, Pirate's Booty, which is found in over 90% of United States supermarkets. Operating since 1986, Robert's American Gourmet targets health-conscious shoppers with a range of snack foods.

Products include Pirate's Booty (Aged White Cheddar, Bermuda Onion, Veggie, Sea Salt and Vinegar, and Barbecue), Smart Puffs, Tings, and more.

On June 28th of 2007, the FDA informed the company that Veggie Booty was implicated in 51 cases of salmonella poisoning. [1] Later that day, Robert's American Gourmet announced a recall of Veggie Booty. The problem was reported to have been a seasoning mix from China. Soon after, they also recalled Super Veggie Tings Crunchy Corn Sticks, because it had the same seasoning mix in its ingredients. 100% of product was removed from shelves. [2]
