Robotic laws are real or conceptual sets of restrictions on the behavior of robots.
In fiction, perhaps the most prominent expression of this concept is the Three Laws of Robotics described by Isaac Asimov in many of his short stories and novels. A nonfictional, speculative form can be found in Tilden's Laws of Robotics, three guiding principles/rules for robots by Mark W. Tilden.
