Rodia (Greek: Ροδιά), also with the a accented is a Greek town located nearly 10 to 15 km southeast from Aigio, west of Corinth and north-northwest of Kalavryta. Rododafni had a population of 431 in 2001. Selianitika is in the municipality of Sympoliteia. Selianitika is linked with the old GR-8, the new road (GR-8A, Athens - Corinth - Patras) or the superhighway is to the north and its nearest interchange is 3 km to the east.

Geography

Selianitika is located in a plain area. The mountains cover the southern portion which are made up grasslands and bushes, farmlands cover the rest of the area. The Gulf of Corinth is located to the north and has a beach which makes the town famous. Its main crop are fruits and vegetables, cattle, olive, dairy and a few others. Its panorama includes the mountains to the south, the Panachaiko to the southwest and the mountains of Phokida to the north.

Sporting teams

Rodia has a football/soccer team known as Floga (Φλόγα meaning flame) and it has a communal soccer field.
