Roger Birnbaum (born c. 1950) is an American film producer who owns the company Spyglass Entertainment and is co-CEO and co-Chairman of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.

Birnbaum was born in Teaneck, New Jersey, where he graduated from Teaneck High School.[2] He attended the University of Denver.[3]
