Rolland Harty Spaulding (March 15, 1873 – March 14, 1942) was an American manufacturer and Republican politician from Rochester, New Hampshire. Born in 1873 in Townsend Harbor, Massachusetts, and educated at Phillips Academy, (class of 1893), he was a prominent businessman whose family-owned company manufactured fiberboard. He was elected Governor in 1914, but declined to run for a second term. He died in 1942 in Rochester, New Hampshire.
