(materials) Thick flat glass made by passing a roller over the molten glass.


 
 
Architecture: rolled glass

A flat glass sheet produced by passing a stream of molten glass between two steel rollers; usually in widths up to 12 ft (3.66 m) and thicknesses from 1/8 to 1. in. (3.2 to 31.8 mm). Embossed rollers are used to produce patterned surfaces.
