Roman polytheistic reconstructionism (Roman recon, for short) is the Neopagan reconstruction of Ancient Roman religion. As with other reconstructionist movements it differs from syncretic movements like Wicca, which may use Roman deities on occasion, by the importance given to historical research.
Roman recon groups
Several Roman recon groups exist, with differing emphases, geographical scope, and levels of activity. Some groups also reconstruct other aspects of Roman society besides religion.
