Ron Brown is a Canadian writer and broadcaster. The author of a number of travel books about Ontario, Toronto-based Brown also regularly contributes to CBC Radio broadcasts.

His works include In Search of the Grand Trunk, and Other Ghost Rail Lines in Ontario, From Queenston to Kingston: The Hidden Heritage of Lake Ontario's Shoreline, Top 100 Unusual Things to See in Ontario, and Behind Bars: Inside Ontario's Heritage Gaols.
