Ronald Michael Kostelnik (14 January 1940 in Colver, Pennsylvania - 29 January 1993 on Interstate 75, Kentucky) was an American football player.
Kostelnik died when he suffered a heart attack and lost control of his car on Interstate 75 in Kentucky. He was 53.
