Plot

The Bowmans move in next door and act snobby toward the Conners. At first Roseanne is jealous of their beautiful home and wishes Dan would do some remodeling himself. Then she unleashes her usual brand of insulting humor when the mother, Kathy (Meagen Fay), looks down on her parenting style and blames D.J. for her son Todd's (Troy Davidson) behavior.
