roth rámach
[Irish, rowing wheel]
The fabulous flying-machine constructed by Simon Magus and Mug Ruith. It was sighted at the fair of Tlachtga, named for Mug Ruith's daughter. In later legend roth rámach was seen as an engine of destruction that would come over Europe before Judgement Day as a punishment for the way in which each nation gave disciples to Simon Magus.
