Surfing used to thought of as a "boy's club," but just as with many other sports, more and more women are breaking through the glass ceiling and earning their place on the waves beside the top male riders. Roxy Learn to Surf, Now is a video produced in part by Roxy, a leading manufacturer of surf attire for women, which offers a beginner's course in surfing, demonstrating basic technique, offering advice on what to look for in equipment, giving lessons in how to improve your skills, and also featuring a helpful guide to surfing etiquette. Roxy Learn to Surf, Now also includes appearances by a number of top female surfers, including Megan Abubo, Kate Skarratt, Veronica Kay, Heidi Drazich, and Rachel Greff, and of course some spectacular surf footage shot during Roxy-sponsored surf expeditions to Hawaii, Fiji, and Tahiti. ~ Mark Deming, Rovi
