Plot

Wallie Hine (George Turner) is an illiterate Alpine mountaineer who accidentally inherits a fortune. Garrett Skinner (Julian Royce) is the villain who recruits others in a plot to fleece Wallie. Skinner's daughter Sylvia (Madge Stewart) possesses none of her father's criminal character traits and warns Captain Cheyne (Lawford Davidson) of the plan.
