Saban Capital Group is a Worldwide American music and entertainment company formed in 2001 by Haim Saban. Saban Capital Group owns part of Univision Communications[1] and formerly owned part of Fox Family Worldwide Inc.[2] The company is made up of three divisions: Saban Music Group,[3] Saban Entertainment Group[4][5] and Saban Ventures.[6]

Saban Music Group was formed in 1983 by music and television producers Haim Saban[7] and Shuki Levy as "Saban Records", a U.S. subsidiary of "Saban International Paris" (now SIP Animation).
